I chatted to the lovely David Ramsey at HVFF convention in California. He had lots to say about the new season of Arrow which is currently shooting, including being on Team Felicity, following his own storyline and potentially timeline at the start of the season, hopefully making more Diglets with Lyla! The actor also stars in Blue Bloods and thinks he makes a better Mayor than Oliver Queen!
