INTO THE BADLANDS SEASON 3: Cast and EP interview [VIDEO]
As season 3 of the fantastical martial arts drama hit our screens in April, executive producer Alfred Gough and stars Daniel Wu who plays Sunny and Nick Frost who plays Bajie with new cast member Lorraine Toussaint as Cressida sat down to discuss the new season including fake babies, using an octopus as a nunchucker and channelling Chinese cinema and Samurai movies to set the tone for the show. Expect the widow, after alienating everyone at the end of season 2, to have to find her way back and deal with the repercussions, recruiting Nathaniel Moon as a regent. Plus Gough explains a world without guns but with colour despite being dystopian. Toussaint describes her excitement at joining the cast despite missing fight camp and having a trial by fire. Gough reveals there will be more varied character interactions, including those who have not yet met, and they will pick up the monastery storyline.
Season 3 of Into The Badlands airs on AMC in the U.S. and Amzon Prime in the U.K.
